U.S. Army Beckley, WV is seeking entry-level Human Resources personnel to begin a training‑oriented career within the Army Reserve. You will participate in paid Basic and Advanced Training, complete ASVAB testing, and support essential HR functions for Soldiers.

The role emphasizes readiness, welfare, and accountability in a local team environment. Qualifications include 17–34 years of age, U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, and the ability to pass background and medical screenings.

Formación

• Age 17–34 years old
• Education - HS Diploma, GED or higher
• Citizenship - U.S. Citizen/Permanent Resident green card holder
• Submit to background and medical screening

Responsabilidades

• Attend Basic and Advanced Training (Paid)
• Complete ASVAB
• Assist on all human resource support matters
• Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions
• Responsible for the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers
• Postal and personnel accountability support
• Maintain emergency notification data
