Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Production Control Clerk to ensure accurate data entry into Army systems and to maintain logs and reports for daily operations. You will support audit readiness by keeping compliant material records and prepare detailed production sheets guiding assembly processes.

Responsibilities include processing production data from orders and tickets, managing payroll-related postings, and coordinating equipment maintenance, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• GCSS-A experience and certification required.
• Ability to obtain CAC and pass background checks.
• 2–3 years of production control experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Basic English reading/writing skills and Real ID.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
• Write production reports from compiled data and prepare production sheets for assembly.
• Sort and distribute work tickets or materials; compute wages from timecards and post payroll data.
• Monitor equipment maintenance by creating evacuation work orders and coordinating repairs.
