Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL), an Akima company, seeks a Production Control Clerk to manage production data and maintain logs, ensuring accuracy for audits and management review. The role requiresGCSS-A experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to obtain a CAC and pass background checks.

On-site position in Kentucky supporting army systems and logistics operations, including data entry, reporting, and schedule planning, with travel and safety requirements as described.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted.
• 2–3 years production control experience.
• GCSS-A experience required.
• Able to obtain CAC after favorable background check.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Enter data into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) accurately.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
• Support audit readiness with accurate material records.
• Produce production reports from compiled data and computations.
• Prepare production schedules and material requisitions as guides for workers.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and issue repair coordination.
