Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Production Control Clerk to manage production data and ensure accurate entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP. The role requires knowledge of supply and maintenance processes and the ability to compile records from orders, tickets, and worker sheets.

You will maintain logs, generate production reports, support audits, and help allocate materials. Travel up to 25% may be required; a high school diploma and GCSS-A experience are preferred; CAC

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted.
• 2-3 years production control experience.
• GCSS-A experience required.
• Ability to obtain CAC.
• Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening.
• GCSS-A Certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into Army systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly activity.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and compliant material records.
• Write production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats.
• Sort and distribute work tickets or material and may compute wages from employee timecards for payroll.
• Monitor equipment maintenance by creating evacuation work orders and coordinating repairs.
