Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Production Control Clerk to manage production data and ensure accurate records for Army supply and maintenance processes at Fort Drum, NY. The role requires knowledge of GCSS-Army and automated supply systems, with duties including data compilation, reporting, and payroll-related record keeping.

Qualifications include 2-3 years in production control, GCSS-A experience, a High School diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain CAC and pass background

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years production control experience.
• GCSS-A experience required.
• Ability to obtain/favor CAC and pass background checks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle insurance proof.
• Real ID and CAC eligibility.
• Tier1/NACI background eligibility.
• Basic English reading/writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record production data from orders, tickets, specs, and worker sheets.
• Prepare production reports and maintain files for payroll and audits.
• Monitor materials, waste, defects, and production rates; use computer, calculator, and spreadsheets.
• Update logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily, weekly, monthly activity.
• Coordinate with maintenance to request equipment repairs and track evacuations.
• Travel within the United States up to 25% as required.
