Job summary

Core Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Collective Training Branch Mission Command Information System Trainer I to support simulation exercises at the Fort Bragg MTC. You will plan, coordinate, and execute training on MCIS programs for units from squad to corps, ensuring proper setup, networking, and instruction.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's degree, and substantial Army MCIS experience, with strong teaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Recent Army senior NCO/WO/Officer with 6+ years of Battalion+ staff experience using Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS).
• Valid State Driver's License and Fort Bragg driving privileges.

Responsibilities

• Assist unit leadership in planning simulation training to meet collective objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute simulation training across echelons from Squad to Corps on MCIS programs.
• Set up classrooms, network systems, provide instruction on mission command information systems.
