AECOM seeks an experienced Executive for our Army Account Team as a Client Account Manager (CAM) in National Governments. The role focuses on client development, relationships, and strategic growth across the DOD Army program, reporting to the US Defense Director.

Location is flexible across major US cities or remote, with travel across CONUS and some OCONUS engagements required. Strong leadership and federal program experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs.
• 6+ years in a leadership role.
• Travel required across CONUS; some OCONUS travel.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive strategic account plans for the Army DOD program within National Governments.
• Lead client engagements, capture plans and major proposals with BLs and Account Directors.
• Coordinate with FBS, Marketing, and regional leadership to optimize the pipeline and pursuit strategies.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and risk management requirements; monitor performance and contract fulfillment.
• Act as an ombudsman to identify conflicts of interest and ensure client satisfaction.
