Job summary

Akima Global Logistics is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage the movement and documentation of Army equipment at a contractor-managed turn-in site. You will ensure compliance with Army supply regulations, maintain system updates, and work with warehousing and transportation to stage and process materials efficiently.

The role supports production and shipping priorities, reviews schedules, and coordinates material transfer between departments to meet job order demands and delivery

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Basic proficiency in the English language (reading and writing).
• Must pass a favorable background check and drug testing results.
• Must have a REAL ID and a valid driver's license with proof of vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement, accountability, and documentation of Army equipment and materiel.
• Maintain updates to logistics systems and ensure compliant turn-in processes.
