Qualifications

• 1–3 years in defense business development, military operations, or a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with Army units, culture, and organization, or the drive to build it fast.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience planning and executing events, translating to running trade shows, demos, and field engagements.
• Uncompromising honesty with customers and teammates, including saying “I don’t know” and following up with the right answer.
• Exceptional communication skills with military and civilian stakeholders from PV2 to General.
• Willingness to travel frequently to military bases and field locations.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships across Army units to accelerate drone adoption.
• Handle inbound customer traffic and quotes, keep the CRM current.
• Plan and execute field demonstrations and trade shows; travel as needed.
• Feed Soldier insights back to engineering and BD, map units, commands, and program offices.
• Grow into conducting demonstrations independently and owning outbound customer engagements end to end.
