Job summary

Neros is seeking a Mission Support Specialist to ensure the reliability, performance, and mission readiness of our drone systems. You will bridge customers with product, engineering, and business teams, driving rapid issue resolution and product improvements through remote and onsite support.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in technical support in drones/defense, strong FPV knowledge, and experience with Zendesk. Travel may be required to support field operations and customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

2–3 years in technical support, mission support, or field operations in drone/defense.
2–3 years using Zendesk or similar platforms for issue management.
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate strongly preferred.
Strong FPV drone systems knowledge (flight controllers, ESCs, motors, video, RC).
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting FPV platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
Willingness to travel and support field operations.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability, performance, and mission readiness of drone systems.
Serve as technical bridge between products, customers, engineering, and business teams.
Respond to technical requests with remote and onsite support.
Document failure analyses and drive product improvements.
Support customer-facing demonstrations and advise internal stakeholders.
Create and maintain user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
