What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advisory and assistance services in managing civilian readiness and talent management programs
- Analyze policies and their impacts on civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
- Facilitate meetings and forums, ensuring effective execution of objectives
- Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate with stakeholders for task completion
- Provide subject matter expertise in human capital management and data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in civilian human resources strategy, management, and operations; or a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle areas
- In-depth understanding of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development
- Secret Clearance required
- U.S. Citizenship required
