What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advisory and assistance services in the management and strategy of the civilian readiness and talent management program
- Analyze policies and their impact on civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
- Facilitate and execute meetings with stakeholders to drive execution of objectives and supporting tasks
- Develop detailed execution plans for various tasks and identify necessary resources
- Provide subject matter expertise in human capital management, data analysis, and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree and a minimum of five years of experience in analytical and evaluation tasks related to civilian human resources strategy, management, and operations; or a bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and talent management life cycle
- Deep understanding of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development
- Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
