Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business that provides a broad range of consulting services to US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients. Services include Management & IT Consulting, Program & Project Management, and Professional & Admin Services. We are recruiting to fill a position to lead business development activities for a small government contracting firm focused on IT Services and Cyber Security for clients in Civil and DoD markets.

Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Army Civilian Readiness and Talent Management (CRTM) Senior Analyst. This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide advisory and assistance services in the management and strategy of the civilian readiness and talent management program and consult on topics that should be included in briefings, prepare briefings, edit briefings, and be prepared to present briefings as needed.
2. Analyze policies and their impact on civilian readiness and talent management initiatives.
3. Provide planning, execution, and facilitation of the ESC meeting and subordinate forums.
4. Support Army in defining terms of reference and drafting a charter, as needed.
5. Support stakeholders on a recurring basis with developing detailed execution plans for each task within the objective; identifying resources required; scheduling, planning, and executing bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders; coordinating with LOE lead integrators for updates/metrics; and resolving issues across objectives.
6. Provide subject matter expertise in human capital management, data analysis, and resource management in the execution and coordination of tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Masters degree with a minimum of five years performing analytical and evaluation tasks in civilian human resources strategy, management, development, and operations. Alternatively, 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree.
2. Extremely knowledgeable in Army Staff operations, including talent management lifecycle areas (acquire, develop, employ, and retain).
3. Extensive knowledge of Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, workforce development, employee engagement, leadership development, career programs, marketing, graphic design, and data science, analysis, and reporting.
4. Secret Clearance.
