What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide advisory and assistance services in managing and strategizing civilian readiness and talent management programs
- Analyze policies and their impact on civilian readiness and talent management initiatives
- Plan, execute, and facilitate meetings and forums related to the Army's civilian readiness
- Develop detailed execution plans and coordinate bi-weekly meetings with stakeholders
- Offer subject matter expertise in human capital management, data analysis, and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in civilian human resources strategy, management, and operations; or a bachelor's degree with ten years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of Army Staff operations and the talent management life cycle
- Familiarity with Army talent management initiatives, strategic planning, and workforce development
- Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizenship required
