Hidden Level seeks a Director of Business Development to drive growth within the U.S. Army focusing on Air Defense and Counter-UAS programs. You will build relationships with Army offices, shape opportunities, and guide pursuits from early engagement to contract awards.

The role requires a proven defense sales record, strong understanding of Army budgeting and contracting, and the ability to travel 50% or more in a remote or hybrid work setup across national sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years selling advanced tech to defense customers.
• Strong Army market knowledge, budgeting, requirements, and contracting processes.
• Ability to translate mission needs into qualified opportunities and guide pursuits.

Responsibilities

• Own the Army growth strategy across Air Defense and C-UAS programs.
• Lead capture plans and coordinate with teams to develop proposals and pricing.
• Build partnerships with contractors, integrators, and technology partners.
• Translate Army mission needs into product and engineering requirements.
