Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in New Orleans to supervise the delivery of security services at a client site. You will manage guards, coordinate reporting, and liaise with the client and operations teams to maintain safety and performance.

The role requires an armed license, 21+ years, clear communication, crisis handling, and coordination of scheduling and reporting. Weekly pay and weekend availability are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of scheduling and billing software for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence and deter suspicious activity.
• Monitor entryways and exits and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Write detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and concerns.
• Collaborate with staff and client personnel as needed.
• Supervise site staff, provide coaching, recognition, and discipline as needed.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operations Manager.
