Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor in Marietta, GA to oversee the delivery of security services at the assigned site. You will supervise site staff and act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers to ensure quality service.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant security experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crises. Starting pay is $27.50 per hour for a full-time schedule, with progressive training and

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of prior law enforcement, military, adult correction or armed security experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software at client sites.
• Ability to calmly manage crises at the client site.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb stairs, ramps or ladders.
• Stand or walk for long periods as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of quality security services at the assigned site.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive training and performance feedback.
• Prepare and interpret reports using scheduling and billing software.
