Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and control access to sensitive areas by verifying credentials and documenting entry/exit activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports for incidents and patrol observations and communicate with site leadership.
