Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee security services at a Marietta, GA site. The role involves supervising security officers, coordinating service delivery, and acting as a liaison with the customer and operations team.

A background in security or related fields is required, with strong leadership and communication skills. The position is full-time, with standard daytime hours and a base pay rate of $27.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of prior law enforcement, military, adult correction or armed security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Ability to use scheduling and billing software to generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services for assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Supervise site staff, provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved ranges.
• Ensure staffing needs are communicated to Operations Manager and assist in interviewing candidates.
