Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor to oversee security operations on a designated shift at a client site in New York. The role reports to the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and site supervisor, coordinating officers and ensuring quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS Armed guard license, prior law enforcement experience, and can manage staff while maintaining high safety standards and professional client relations on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• NY armed guard license and licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Handle crises calmly and efficiently while ensuring client safety.
