Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Armed Supervisor Non Union on a part-time basis for a Downtown Manhattan Union site. The role requires supervising armed security personnel on an overnight shift and coordinating with client leadership to deliver quality services.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least 21, and valid armed guard/weapon licenses. A background check, drug test, and clean driving record may be required, with strong communication and reporting skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Valid licensing/clearance may be required by state/local laws.
• Clean driving record and reliable vehicle for driving positions.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol test.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless tech at sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality services on a shift for a client site.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range on shift.
• Ensure delivery of high-standard security services on assigned shift.
