Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Armed Security Officer at a state site in Brockton, MA. You will guard transportation facilities, perform patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver professional customer service.

Starting pay is $23.79 per hour with paid orientation and paid training. A concealed carry permit is required, you must be 21+, and a background check and drug screen apply. A driver’s license is only required for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, undergo background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility personnel, visitors and the public while performing armed security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and coordinate with law enforcement and site reps.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and authorized entry.
• Prepare accurate patrol and incident reports and maintain documentation.
