Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, perimeters, and access points.
• Monitor restricted areas and verify visitor/contractor authorization; document incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Deter unauthorized activity through professional presence and timely reporting.
