Qualifications

• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Will be subject to a background investigation as required by law.
• Subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may apply prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility personnel, visitors, and the public by carrying out armed security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities and perimeters to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with law enforcement and site representatives as needed.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials and entry permissions.
• Prepare clear reports of patrol activity, incidents, and actions taken, and maintain required documentation.
