Allied Universal is currently hiring a full-time armed security officer for a state site in Plymouth, MA. The role requires a concealed carry permit and 1+ years of security experience, with shifts Friday through Tuesday from 3 PM to 11 PM.

The position offers pay at $25.88 per hour, with paid orientation and training. As an armed officer, you will safeguard clients across industries, conduct patrols, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in security or related field.
• Armed security experience preferred, with adherence to procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to conduct patrols and monitor entry points and perimeters.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, problem-solving approach and notify appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials, and document observations and incidents.
• Carry authorized equipment in accordance with laws and Allied Universal policies.
