Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and the public while enforcing site security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and transit areas to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and direct visitors per site procedures; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies calmly and according to protocol.
• Prepare clear activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
