Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Enhanced Security Officer (Unarmed) for our San Francisco, CA site. You will handle security procedures, patrols, access control, and incident response with flexible hours and the potential to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

The role offers a six-month anchor shift commitment, part-time hours, and opportunities to grow within the company. A background check is required, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access, verify visitor credentials, and report access concerns.
• Complete accurate activity logs and shift documentation per site requirements.
