Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. You will patrol residential locations, deter incidents, and provide exceptional service to residents and visitors.

You will maintain access control and document incidents with clear communication and teamwork. Flexible day schedules include 6:30 AM starts on Saturdays and Sundays, with a focus on safety, reliability, and community presence.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and access issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, documenting observations and reporting incidents to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency services when appropriate.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and promptly.
