Qualifications

• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• 1+ years of law enforcement experience, 2+ years of security supervision/management, or 3+ years of security experience.
• Armed Guard Card or License.
• Handcuffing certification preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will undergo background investigation.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and requests, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity.
• Prepare clear incident reports and communicate findings to site leadership.
