Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while carrying out site‑specific security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a government location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and applicable procedures.
• Maintain required licensing and carry authorized equipment in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies.
