Qualifications

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
Possess an armed guard card or license.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following procedures.
Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor access, verify credentials, and document visitor and incident information.
Maintain firearms qualifications and follow laws and site requirements.
