Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, invites you to join a dynamic team in Effingham, SC as a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Patrol. You will monitor and protect client sites, deter incidents, and deliver professional service.

This role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to advance, and access to exclusive tools to claim additional shifts. A valid armed guard license and at least one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check conducted in accordance with all laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Participation in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct armed patrols of the business, grounds, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity to site contacts and leadership.
• Maintain reports and documentation related to patrols and incidents.
