Job summary

DK Security is seeking Armed Security Officers for Grayling, Michigan. You will protect the site, monitor entry/exit points, and perform post patrols to ensure a safe environment for personnel and visitors. Candidates must hold a valid CPL and Michigan driver’s license, with a clean record and ability to pass drug tests.

We offer benefits and a team-focused, professional environment. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with 30 hours per week on ACA Full Time, and a pay rate of $19.89 per hour before

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CPL and Driver’s License.
• May NOT have any felony convictions, and must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Guard posts at the entry/exit points of the local military base.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct foot & vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
• Check for employee, vendor, and visitor identifications.
• Look for suspicious persons, packages and activities
• Follow site specific post guidelines.
• Document daily activities and report all incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
