Qualifications

• At least two years of security experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Guard card or license required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.

• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access, log visitors, and report concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and access-control reports and maintain professional communication.
