Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Ability to use a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide access-control procedures at a hotel and resort-style residential location.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify authorized access.
• Maintain visitor and vendor logs and report incidents.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, and surrounding perimeter.
