Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• Background check required by law.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify authorized access, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns with calm, professional reporting and escalation.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
