Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout retail locations, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain required reports and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities.
