Allied Universal is seeking qualified Security Officers to join our Phoenix team on a flex part-time basis. This role offers reliable hours at a designated site with the option to earn more by picking up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. The position supports part-time employment with potential progression toward a full-time schedule, emphasizing safety and professional service at a financial institution site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Armed guard card or license required for armed positions.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols at the assigned site, including entry points and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries.
• Carry authorized equipment in compliance with laws and site procedures.
