Pay rate is $21.74 per hour, with a part-time schedule designed for income stability and potential path to a full-time role. Ideal candidates have security experience and the necessary licenses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Valid armed guard card or license.
• Handcuffs, pepper spray, and baton experience preferred.
• Valid firearms permit preferred.
• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required.
• Industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and decisively.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Document incidents and patrol activities per reporting procedures.
