Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by following security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols across healthcare facilities, parking areas, and entrances to identify hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and restrict access as needed.
Document observations and incidents, and communicate information to site leadership and responders.
