Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Armed Security Officer in San Antonio, TX. You will secure a healthcare site, provide resident and visitor safety, and respond to incidents with trained reliability and professional conduct.

This flexible schedule offers anchor shifts and options to pick up extra shifts via the scheduling platform, with earnings potential and opportunities across multiple sites. Must be 21+ with a valid license and HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Armed guard card or license required.
• 3+ years of military, law enforcement, corrections or armed security experience.
• Driver’s license required per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Experience with security tools and reports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and report them per procedures.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, entrances, and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site rules.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
