Pay rate is $15.50 per hour with a daytime schedule including Wednesday 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM. This position emphasizes customer service, safety, and proactive incident response within a retail grocery environment.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Texas Level III Armed Guard Card required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check and drug screen required by policy.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
Armed positions require driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally, notifying leadership as needed.
Conduct armed patrols across the retail grocery location including sales floors and entrances.
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
Carry assigned equipment in accordance with laws, policies, and client procedures.
