Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Part Time Enhanced Security Officer in San Antonio, TX. You will work as an Elite Security Guard Armed with flexible shifts and a base site assignment, earning $22.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes customer service, patrols, incident response, and strict adherence to armed post procedures, with opportunities to increase shifts through the scheduling platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years combined law enforcement, corrections, and/or military experience OR 5+ years armed security experience.
• A valid driver's license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Possess a Level III Armed Guard Card in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and other critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of store, parking areas, and surrounding zones to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain professional post procedures.
