Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Part Time in San Antonio, TX. This role offers reliable hours at a designated site with opportunities to pick up additional shifts.

This position supports retail clients with customer service, incident response, and patrol duties, while maintaining safety. The role requires a Level III Armed Security License in Texas, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Texas Level III Armed Security License required.
• Must be 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, deliveries, and employee/vendor activity per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
