Qualifications

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and partners while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner with de‑escalation when appropriate.
• Conduct armed patrols of assigned areas to identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify entry, maintain visitor and incident documentation, and relay information to site leadership.
• Carry and maintain assigned equipment in compliance with laws, licensing requirements, and policies.
