The position is part-time at $19.00 per hour, with responsibilities including site inspections, client liaison, supervision and training of officers, incident response, staffing, and documentation. Day trips may be required.

Qualifications

• Current ACT 235 Certification.
• Previous Security Supervisor experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks.
• Must possess and maintain a Level II retention holster and duty belt.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and security checks at assigned locations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and company management.
• Supervise, support, and train security officers in the field.
• Respond to incidents, operational issues, and emergencies.
• Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and call-offs.
• Complete incident reports, site audits, and daily documentation.
• Ensure officers comply with company policies and client expectations.
