Responsibilities include patrols, incident investigations, de-escalation, and collaboration with law enforcement. Requires CHSO/FOID/CCW certifications and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide security with a customer-service approach, maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Maintain a visible security presence throughout the facility.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols, inspect for hazards and ensure safety.
• Assist patients, visitors and staff with information, directions and help.
• De-escalate conflicts and respond to emergencies and calls for service.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and respond to incidents per policy.
• Maintain training standards in radio, de-escalation, CPR and use of force equipment.
