Responsibilities

• Patrol interiors and exteriors to identify hazards and ensure safety in accordance with policies.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate when possible, and summon additional help as needed.
• Investigate incidents on Advocate Health property and document findings.
• Provide information to patients, visitors, and staff; assist with directions and safety needs.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and first responders as required.
