Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional - Armed to conduct patrols in a hospital setting. You will monitor CCTV and alarm systems, control access, and deter criminal activity.

TB tests and vaccinations may be required; drug screening may be conducted where permitted by law. You will perform patrols on foot or by vehicle, document observations, and assist staff with de-escalation while following strict safety and client guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to operate radio or CCTV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform armed foot and/or vehicle patrols at hospital facilities.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restraining when necessary within guidelines.
• Monitor entrances/exits and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist in evacuations and emergencies and respond to alarms.
