Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Driver in Brownsville, TX. You’ll work fixed anchor shifts with opportunities to pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Eligible candidates must hold Level III Armed Certification (Texas), have a valid driver’s license, be 21+, and pass background and drug screening. This role supports customer service, patrols, and incident response within a retail grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Provide courteous customer service to customers, employees, and visitors while following site procedures.
• Ability to observe and report security-related incidents.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site-specific security procedures at a retail grocery location.
• Perform armed patrols of store, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft and other unauthorized activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and emergencies, following post orders.
• Monitor entrances/exits and report suspicious activity to leadership.
• Complete detailed incident reports and communicate with store leadership and responders.
